By accessing or using any software, website, or application protected under Software Data Protection ("SDP"), you (the "End User") agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the software, website, or application.
1. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement applies to all software, websites, and applications that utilize SDP technology and display or reference this Agreement.
2. Prohibited Actions
2.1. Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of any software, website, or application protected under SDP, including through the use of automated tools or manual processes.
2.2. Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the software, website, or application protected under SDP.
2.3. Bypass or attempt to bypass any security features, restrictions, or digital rights management (DRM) mechanisms implemented as part of the software, website, or application.
2.4. Use the software, website, or application in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
2.5. Intentionally exploit vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access to protected software, websites, or applications.
3. Exceptions
3.1. Viewing the "Page Source" of a website using browser tools for educational or informational purposes, provided such viewing does not include any attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas.
3.2. Activities explicitly permitted by the owners or administrators of the software, website, or application in writing.
4. Legal Consequences
4.1. Immediate termination of access to the software, website, or application.
4.2. Civil penalties and liability for damages incurred by the owner or operator of the protected software, website, or application.
4.3. Reporting the violation to appropriate legal authorities.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners and operators of SDP-protected software, websites, or applications from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of this Agreement.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable worldwide, including international treaties and agreements, without regard to conflict of law principles.
